Registered Agent Service ($149/year)
Every business is required to designate a registered agent to receive official state and legal documents. While Dappr’s Pro plan includes this service automatically, customers who choose the Basic or Essentials plans will need to purchase the Registered Agent Service separately for $149 per year. This service ensures that all critical legal correspondence is properly received and managed, helping businesses stay in compliance with state requirements.
Automated Report Filing ($99/year)
Businesses must file periodic reports with their state of formation to maintain good standing. Dappr offers Automated Report Filing, which ensures that annual reports and other state-required filings are submitted on time. This service is included in the Pro plan, but customers on the Basic or Essentials plans can add it for $99 per year.
Business License Report ($89 one-time fee)
Unlike the Registered Agent Service and Automated Report Filing, which are ongoing annual services, the Business License Report is a one-time add-on available to all Dappr users for $89. This report provides a detailed breakdown of the federal, state, and local licenses and permits required for a specific business type, ensuring that business owners are aware of all compliance obligations in their location and industry.
Upgrading to the Pro Plan
For businesses that need both Registered Agent Service and Automated Report Filing, upgrading to the Pro plan is often the most cost-effective option.
